To prepare for the try-out, register for PREP-for-REP program.

 

We are Canada Basketball VERIFIED organization.

 

Our goal is to make sure each candidate is given equal opportunity and evaluated fairly.

• Rep program details, fees, payment structure will be provided to parents during the tryout
• Arrive fifteen (15) minutes early
• Bring your own basketball
• Spectators are not allowed in the gym, spectators are to watch in spectators stand located in the third floor of the building.
• Online registration only (credit card or e-transfer), we will not accept new registration and any type of payments during tryouts.
• Tryout fee is $35, includes all two (2-3) tryout sessions (total 4-4.5 hours).
• 3rd try-out session is by invitation only (unless stated otherwise).
• Rep STAGS tryouts and S-ELITE tryouts are being held at the same date and time (below).
• Attending both tryouts is not mandatory; however, players must attend at least one tryout to be considered.
• Venue: Velodrome – 2015 PanAm Boulevard, Milton, ON (except for BU17 2nd tryout)

Cancellation Policy:

Parents may opt to withdraw their child 14 days prior to the start date of the program and receive the amount paid less $50 (non-refundable administrative operation fee). No credit  will be issued if withdrawal request was made less than 14 days prior to first scheduled assessment date or if the program has already started. Notification of withdrawal from the program is to be sent to inquiry@stagsbasketball.com.

Our club policy requires a $25 program transfer fee for any player who chooses to switch to a different program within the club.

These fees are intended to cover the administrative and all related costs associated with transferring or cancelling the player’s registration. We believe that this policy ensures fairness and consistency for all players while also providing flexibility for those who wish to make changes to their program.

No refund or credit is issued for missed practices, cancellations due to inclement weather or school board cancellations.
